S1 [1-8]: Side Steps with Bee Wing Arms

1-2    Step R to right side, step L beside R

3-4    Move hips side to side with hands fluttering like bee wings (small rapid wrist flicks)

5-6    Step L to left side, step R beside L

7-8    Move hips side to side with hands fluttering like bee wings (small rapid wrist flicks)

 

S2 [9-16]: Side Steps with Fist Pumps

1-2    Step R to right side while pumping fists up and down

3-4    Step L beside R, hold

5-6    Step L to left side while pumping fists up and down

7-8    Step R beside L, hold

 

S3 [17-24]: Forward & Backward Walks with Arm Lift

1-2    Step R forward, Step L forward

3-4    Step R forward, Kick L forward and raise arms overhead

5-6    Step L back, step R back,

7-8    Step L back Touch R toe beside L

 

S4 [25-32]: V Step with Hip Bumps

1–2   Step R forward and out to right diagonal, step L forward and out to left diagonal

3–4   Step R back to center, step L back to center

5–8   Step R foot to R with Hip bumps: right, left, right, left (finish weight on L)
